Not being from the Battle Creek area, I chose Tiffany at random from a web search. I certainly struck it lucky, because Tiffany turned out to be knowledgeable, efficient, helpful and personable. We initially decided to look at condominium properties and Tiffany set up a large variety of homes to view during a single day when I came to Battle Creek.

As a home owner trying to sell their home in a very tough economy and a very harsh housing market, we were very pleased to sign on with Tiffany and sell our house within 3 months. This was even more difficult given the fact that our house had been on the market already for 9 months. When we signed on with Tiffany, she was extremely personable and very quick at getting the initial research and paperwork done. She was excellent at communicating with us through constant emails and phone calls. There was also an activity update sent to us on a regular basis that would show us how many times our house was viewed and on which websites, as well as whether it had been saved to someone’s portfolio. In addition, the graphs on the activity update helped give us a quick glance of the activity, as well as a history. Tiffany put in a 300% effort toward selling our house. She made us feel like we were her only clients. She gave multiple open houses within that 3 month period. She was extremely self motivated to sell our house. She came to us with various ideas to get our home sold, instead of us asking her what more can we do. Additionally, she put in a lot of “behind the scene” time that we did not expect. For example, she would stop by our house on a regular basis, go inside, and make sure the home was fine since we were out of state. One time we were fortunate she stopped in during the cold weather because the furnace breaker had tripped, so she reset that for us. Luckily, the pipes hadn’t frozen. Another example was the huge amount of time she put in to make sure the house was prepped for inspections and that the inspections went smoothly. In summary, Tiffany is a real go-getter who is an absolute pleasure to work with.
